We provide an approximate shipping date for all Pre-Order styles. Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page and product description and ship within the outlined ship dates.
FAQ
What is your Return Policy?
All regular priced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition, can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery or pickup date. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
Final Sale Merchandise
All Made-to-Order items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Additionally, products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Please reference the product page to view whether the item is Final Sale.

What is your holiday return policy?
All Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st, 2024 and December 24th, 2024 can be returned for store credit or exchange up until January 13th, 2025. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
Holiday Return Eligibility
In order to be eligible for our Holiday Return Policy:
- The product must be unworn in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase and/or receipt must be available
Non-gifted items or products purchased outside of this holiday return window fall under our regular return policy.

Do you provide Gift Reciepts?
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue gift reciepts. Should the reciever wish to proceed with a return or exchange they can do so using the order number or name of purchaser.
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Yes! At checkout you can select local pickup from our Toronto Showroom. Orders placed will be available for pickup within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
All orders take 2 - 3 days from when an order is placed to be fulfilled and packaged. Once you receive shipping details, that is when your selected shipping method will come into effect.
If you are placing an order within Canada, your order will deliver via FedEx Standard delivery within 4-5 business days from the ship date.
We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders over $150 CAD placed within Canada.
Should you wish to opt for Express Delivery, your order will deliver within 1-3 business days after the 2-4 day fulfillment period.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation as well as tracking details.
Please allow 24 hours from when shipment confirmation is received for your tracking information to update.
You can follow along with your orders progress by visiting FedEx.com and inputting your 12-digit tracking number.
International Shipping
All international orders for ready to ship styles will deliver via FedEx standard delivery within 6-10 business days from the ship date.
Please note, all international orders will ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), thus, may incur duties, fees and/or import taxes upon delivery.
